2 plain rice cakes (regular size)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp. "all fruit" spread (such as Smucker's Simply Fruit) or honey
Splash of pure vanilla extract
Sprinkle of cinnamon (optional--I would use with the honey)
2 tbsp. sliced almonds
Combine Greek yogurt with fruit spread or honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Spread half of mixture (about 2 tablespoons) onto each rice cake. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp. almonds.
Servings: 1 (2 cakes)
