We're often so busy being, well...busy, that we sometimes forget to enjoy the little things. So be sure to take some time to savor these. It could be a talk with your child before bedtime, a good piece of dark chocolate, taking the night off from your smartphone, or relaxing with your spouse. It's okay now and then to leave the dishes in the sink after dinner or say no to the next commitment. Your body and your stress level will thank you for it later.
