I am a self-proclaimed foodie with a love for food with lots of flavor and having a sweet treat at the end of a meal.
I really enjoy grocery shopping, cooking at home, and experimenting with foods and recipes but, like you, have to work around my family's busy schedule and the sometimes (or often) pickiness of my two girls. So I focus on finding ways for healthier foods to taste great but that doesn't require spending tons of time in the kitchen. I make it a top priority to maintain a healthy lifestyle by getting enough rest, eating lots of vegetables and fruits, and go walking or do yoga for 30-60 minutes daily. I'm passionate about taking time to enjoy life, spend time with my family, and going to the beach. I want to help you do the same so that you can spend more time doing what you love! |
